Bridal Hair and Make up at Moxhull Hall

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…Moxhull Hall is one of my favourite wedding venues in the West Midlands! One of the reasons for this is that it’s beautiful in ALL seasons and ALL weathers (an important check point for English weddings) and Kate and Jon’s November wedding at this gorgeous venue proved every part of this this to be true.

Kate and Jon tied the knot on 26th November 2021 and I was delighted to be a part of the wedding morning preparations, styling Kate’s bridal hair and make up and her bridesmaids hair in the beautiful bridal prep suite located on site at Moxhull Hall.

Kate’s bridal hairstyle consisted of loose waves and plenty of volume, styled with a large wand and adorned by a gorgeous crown. A Simplistic glam style which suited Kate’s bridal look perfectly on her wedding day. All three bridesmaids had a matching hairstyle of braids and a low bun with loose tumbling curls to frame their face and they looked stunning in their burgandy bridesmaid dresses!

Kate’s bridal make up at Moxhull Hall was natural with a focus on the eyes - shimmering eyeshadow, glowing skin, blushed cheeks and nude lips. I used Mac Face and Body foundation for a natural yet full coverage base with a dewy finish, a Mac rose blush and my favourite Too Faced eyeshadow palettes along with Kate’s own Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Jewel Pot eyeshadow glitter for an extra bit of sparkle which I love to see at winter weddings!

Kate’s beautiful dress was from WED2B in Solihull, designed by Bellami Bridal Wear and instead of a veil Kate chose to wear a breathtaking cape which draped her shoulders and clasped together at the front, creating a gorgeous lace detail above the neckline of her dress.

Kate’s bridal bouquet, full of red roses, purple and ivory tones and lots of lush greenery was created by the amazing Vanessa Henderson at Floral Jazz and the photos captured of Kate and Jon’s wedding on this post were taken by Joshua Pitt Photography.

It’s always great to meet and work with other West Midlands wedding suppliers and as my first time meeting these two and seeing their work it was amazing! I look forward to working alongside them with brides in the future.

I loved being part of Kate’s wedding preparations and can’t wait to return to Moxhull Hall again throughout 2022 for lots more weddings there!
